DAMO PRO was designed and patented as a repair kit for the front and/or back legs of a frame in a pallet rack system. When damage occurs, we measure the height of the damage, cut above it, and install the custom-made repair kit as a bolted-on replacement solution, which permits a quick and safe installation. No unloading of pallets is required in most situations. And no on-site welding or hot permit is required, as the unit arrives ready to be installed, with all the necessary hardware.

Hilti screw-type anchors are always included in our rack repair kits. Additional DAMO BRACES may also be included with the repair kit to replicate the original configuration and brace pattern of the pallet racking systems. A deflection plate can be added at the base of the frame when front and back units are installed at the same time; this further protects the upright frame at floor level.
